Brad Shaen is the Director and Founder of International Aviation Marketing Ltd. Since founding the company, he has become a global leader in helicopter sales and acquisition, especially in the offshore oil & gas and utility sector.
With almost 25 years of experience in aviation, Brad has built a strong reputation as an industry expert that provides value-added strategies to helicopter operators and financial institutions of all sizes.
Brad is the former Director of Sales for Heli-One, which is the Asset Management and Maintenance Division of CHC Helicopter Corporation. In this role, he worked with helicopter operators worldwide supporting Heli-One’s helicopter sales and leasing and maintenance and modification services. During his time at Heli-One, Brad helped launch the Heli-One brand globally to helicopter operators, financial institutions and industry participants.
Based in Paris, France, Guillaume Guehenneux recently joined IAM as Commercial Director of our Sales and Business Development team for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
Guillaume is a helicopter market expert with over 20 years of experience in customer support, O&G operations and MRO. He is an excellent complement to the IAM business and skillset, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise from working with OEMS and operators.
Guillaume’s latest appointment was Managing Director of Babcock Aviation in France including civil HEMS operations and military contracts. He also held the position of head of the O&G business at Babcock. Previously, Guillaume held senior positions at Heli-Union, Heli-One, and Safran Helicopter Engines covering Europe and Asia.
Originally from Germany, Steffen brings with him a global mindset. Fluent in five (5) languages, he has developed and won or renewed business in more than twenty-five countries and his professional experience goes beyond these borders having worked in eight nations-including ten(10) years in Brazil.
While joining IAM from the EVTOL industry, Steffen has gained extensive helicopter industry expertise through previous employment with OEM’s (Airbus Helicopters and Vertical Aerospace), lessors (Waypoint Leasing), and operators (Era Helicopters, Aeroleo Aero Taxi, now “Bristow Brazil”,and NHV). He has served numerous sectors and customer groups from oil rig personnel, search and rescue, emergency medical services, utility, pipeline monitoring, mining, harbor pilot services and training to VIP in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, and possesses impressive working knowledge with corporate, public, start-up, and American and French Private-Equity backed businesses up to the CEO level.
Currently based in Brazil, Steffen looks forward to increasing IAM’s presence in Latin America with his extensive network, experience, and unparalleled insight into the value chain of the helicopter industry in its entirety.
